Checkout and payment confirmation

Add products to your basket and enter your contact and delivery details on the checkout page. Review the total and accept these terms before selecting Pay now. When online payment is available, you are taken to the payment provider’s secure page to complete payment. No email submission is required.

An order reference records your order details. Payment is confirmed only after the payment provider verifies it; opening a payment page or returning to this website alone does not establish that payment succeeded. If payment is unavailable, contact Elaroo for assistance.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes. Worldwide delivery is free for every order, with no minimum spend. Customs duties or taxes imposed by the destination authority are separate from delivery charges.

The order total is shown before payment. Card and payment details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page and are not collected by our delivery form. Never send card details by email. Your order page shows the payment status after verification.

If an item is unavailable or a price or description needs correcting, we will explain the change and obtain your agreement before proceeding. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed charge without your consent. If we cannot supply an accepted order, we will arrange the remedy required by law, including a refund where due.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders dispatch within 1 calendar day after successful payment. Delivery is within 7 calendar days of payment across Australia and 14 calendar days internationally. Our Shipping & delivery policy explains address and international delivery arrangements.

Product information

Check the age range, ingredients, allergens and directions for the product you choose. Packaging may change; contact us if a listing and container differ. Follow the current container’s preparation and storage instructions. Our guides provide general information, and individual feeding advice should come from a qualified healthcare professional.

Consumer rights and resolving concerns

Contact us with your order reference and the issue so we can investigate. Our Returns & refunds policy explains available remedies. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees.

Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt to access another customer’s information. Brand names and product marks belong to their respective owners.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Updates apply to future use and orders; they do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an accepted purchase.
